I am very proud to have experienced the activities developed by Inventors. It allowed me to increase my confidence, develop my organisational and communication skills when expressing myself to a small audience. The role of monitor shaped my interaction and teamwork in my professional activity. I loved the team, the company values, the children, and the whole experience!

My most significance experience working at the at the inventors is the end of each session. It’s a surreal moment seeing all the kids smiling and so content that they have produced a piece of work that is their own! This sense of fulfilment that is created has actually motivated to become a primary teacher myself - to keep on spreading happiness and joy through every classroom I enter.

At the end of the school year, a student who frequently changed schools came to me and said that the Inventors' classes had been the most fun she had ever had and that she wouldn't forget the classes or me. This and other experiences I had taught me the importance of enthusiasm, motivation, and the careful transmission of knowledge that occurs every day in my professional context. All these are assets that have been pointed out to me as important and positive, qualities that I can clearly trace back to the learning and experiences I had with the Inventors.

In one of the schools where I worked, I taught a class with several boys and one girl, Inês, who was in Year 1. She was small, shy, and usually built projects while sitting on my lap. One day, she completed an entire project on her own, and her confidence soared. The class's perception of her changed, and so did her self-view.
Over four years, I watched Inês grow into a confident, responsible leader and a key supporter in my lessons. Despite her mother's suggestion to try other activities, Inês always chose to stay. On her last day of school, I wrote a message on her leavers' t-shirt, hugged her, and encouraged her to keep flying. Inês hugged me back, left without speaking or looking back. This is The Inventors.

Hey everyone! I’m Ishan, and I’ve been with The Inventors since January, creating fun projects like the lift-o-fun. I prepare with my postgrad friends on Sundays in our hostel, turning it into a tradition.
The best part is teaching the kids and blending in science. It refreshes my basics and boosts my public speaking. We’ve grown from a dozen schools to being all over London, and playing football with the kids during breaks is priceless.
Big thanks to Manuel and the creative team in Portugal for their amazing projects. Joining The Inventors has been a heartwarming adventure filled with discoveries and laughter. Can’t wait to see where this journey goes next!

I worked with The Inventors for 5 years in schools, holiday camps, and workshops. In one school, I taught a shy Year 1 girl named Inês. Initially, she struggled and built projects on my lap, but one day she completed a project on her own. Her confidence grew, and so did her classmates' respect for her.
Over four years, Inês transformed into a confident, responsible leader and a great supporter in my lessons. Despite her mother's suggestions, she chose to stay with us throughout her Primary Education. On her last day, I wrote a message on her leavers' t-shirt, hugged her, and encouraged her to keep flying. She hugged me back and left without a word or a glance back.
On the last day of school, I wrote a message on her leavers' t-shirt, gave her a hug, and told her to keep flying. Inês hugged me and left the room without speaking and without looking back.
